حذف الحساب

حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق

  1. افتح تطبيق إلعبها وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
  2. اضغط على أيقونة الإعدادات (الترس) لفتح صفحة «الحساب والإعدادات».
  3. في قسم «إجراءات الحساب»، اضغط «حذف الحساب».
  4. أكّد بالضغط على «حذف الحساب» في نافذة التأكيد. لا يمكن التراجع عن هذا الإجراء.

لا يمكن حذف الحساب أثناء وجود لعبة أو غرفة نشطة. أنهِ اللعبة أو غادر الغرفة ثم أعد المحاولة.

طلب الحذف دون التطبيق

إذا تعذّر عليك استخدام التطبيق، راسلنا على support@elaabha.app من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، واكتب في العنوان «طلب حذف الحساب». لا ترسل كلمة المرور.

ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يُحتفظ به ولأي مدة

عند حذف حسابك نحذف بياناتك الشخصية أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية بشكل لا رجعة فيه خلال 30 يومًا، إلا إذا أوجب النظام الاحتفاظ بها.

عند تفعيل تقارير الأعطال، يحتفظ Firebase Crashlytics من Google ببيانات الأعطال افتراضيًا 90 يومًا قبل بدء إزالتها.

Account deletion

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Elaabha app and sign in.
  2. Tap the settings (gear) icon to open Account & Settings.
  3. Under Account actions, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with Delete account. This cannot be undone.

Account deletion is unavailable while you have an active game or room. Finish or leave it, then try again.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot use the app, email support@elaabha.app from the email address registered to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. Do not send your password.

What is deleted, what is kept, and for how long

The following is quoted from the Privacy Policy:

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Gameplay records are retained to operate matches and history. When you delete your account (see §7), we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Expired or revoked sign‑in sessions (the session and refresh‑token records on our servers) are deleted automatically by a daily server job 30 days after they expire or are revoked. A session record that is still linked to a gameplay record is kept with that record. The app does not store HTTP or realtime (WebSocket) request logs itself; they remain only in our hosting provider's (Railway) logs for that provider's log‑retention period.

Crashlytics' default retention is 90 days: Google keeps crash stack traces, extracted minidump data and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from its live and backup systems.

7. Your rights & account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Account & Settings → Delete account), which permanently removes your account and personal data per §5. You may also request access to or correction of your data by contacting support@elaabha.app; contact us there with questions or requests about crash reports as well. Depending on your region you may have additional rights (access, deletion, objection); we honor applicable rights.
