Terms of Service — Elaabha (إلعبها)

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Elaabha app or services, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old — and meet any higher minimum age required where you live — to use Elaabha, and able to form a binding agreement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign‑in credentials secure. Provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your account and personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat, use bots/automation or exploit bugs; harass or abuse other players; attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other players.

5. No real‑money gambling

Elaabha games (including Baloot) are for entertainment. They do not involve wagering or winning real money, and any in‑game points or scores have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or real‑world goods.

1. المشتريات والدفع تتم جميع المشتريات المدفوعة داخل إلعبها حصريًا عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play. وتشمل اشتراك Plus والعناصر التجميلية المباعة منفردة. يظهر السعر النهائي ومدة الاشتراك وطبيعة التجديد في المتجر قبل تأكيد الشراء.
2. اشتراك Plus وإلغاء التجديد يتجدد الاشتراك الشهري أو السنوي تلقائيًا وفق شروط المتجر، ما لم تُلغِ التجديد من حسابك في المتجر. يمكنك إلغاء التجديد في أي وقت، وتستمر المزايا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، ما لم يُسترد مبلغ الشراء أو يُسحب حق الوصول قبل ذلك. لا نمنح عادةً استردادًا جزئيًا مقابل المدة غير المستخدمة لمجرد إلغاء التجديد، إلا إذا أوجب النظام ذلك أو قرر المتجر خلافه. وعند انتهاء الاشتراك تتوقف المزايا الحصرية لـPlus، وتبقى العناصر التي تملكها بصورة مستقلة. حذف التطبيق أو حساب إلعبها لا يُعد إلغاءً لاشتراك المتجر.
3. العناصر التجميلية الطاولات وظهور الأوراق وغيرها من العناصر التجميلية مشتريات رقمية للاستخدام داخل التطبيق، ويُتاح العنصر بعد تأكيد الشراء. تخضع طلبات الاسترداد لسياسة المتجر والحقوق المقررة نظامًا. ولا يسقط حقك في معالجة العيب أو عدم المطابقة أو عدم التسليم لمجرد أن العنصر رقمي أو سبق استخدامه.
4. حق العدول والحقوق النظامية يحق للمستهلك، في الحالات التي يجيزها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية، فسخ العقد خلال الأيام السبعة التالية لتسلّم المنتج أو التعاقد على الخدمة، ما دام لم يستخدم المنتج أو يستفد من الخدمة أو يحصل على منفعة منهما، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات النظامية. لا تحد هذه السياسة من أي حق إلزامي في الفسخ أو الاسترداد أو التعويض.
5. المشتريات المعيبة أو التي لم تصل إذا لم تحصل على مشترياتك، أو كان العنصر معيبًا أو مخالفًا للوصف، فتواصل معنا للتحقق ومعالجة المشكلة بإتاحة العنصر الصحيح أو إصلاح الخلل أو متابعة استرداد المبلغ المستحق عبر المتجر. ولا يُشترط قبول الإصلاح بدلًا من استرداد تستحقه نظامًا.
6. الشراء بالخطأ ومشتريات القاصرين إذا اشتريت بالخطأ أو اكتشفت شراءً دون إذن، فقدّم طلبًا للمتجر وأبلغنا فور علمك لمساعدتك وحفظ تفاصيل البلاغ. يلزم الحصول على موافقة الولي أو الوصي على المشتريات لمن لم تكتمل أهليته نظامًا. وننصح بتفعيل التحقق من المشتريات وأدوات الرقابة الأبوية في المتجر.
7. Coins تُكتسب Coins داخل اللعبة ولا تُباع مقابل المال، ولا يمكن تحويلها إلى نقد أو سحب قيمة نقدية عنها. لذلك لا توجد مبالغ شراء Coins لاستردادها.
8. كيفية طلب الاسترداد ابدأ بطلب الاسترداد من Apple أو اتبع إرشادات Google Play. ويمكنك مراسلتنا على بريد الدعم support@elaabha.app للمساعدة، خصوصًا عند عدم التسليم أو وجود عيب. تعرض صفحة المساعدة والدعم داخل التطبيق هذا البريد وتتيح نسخ نموذج بلاغ لاستخدامه في رسالتك. اذكر المتجر وتاريخ الشراء ومرجع العملية ووصف المشكلة، ولا ترسل كلمة المرور أو بيانات البطاقة. ويمكنك إبلاغنا مباشرةً بطلب يستند إلى حق نظامي؛ ولا يلغي توجيهك إلى المتجر حقوقك أو يوقف مهلها النظامية.
9. أثر الاسترداد عند تأكيد الاسترداد أو سحب حق الوصول، تُزال المزايا أو تراخيص العناصر المرتبطة بالعملية بحسب أثرها، وقد تتوقف مزايا Plus قبل نهاية الفترة الأصلية. ويقتصر ذلك على الحقوق المرتبطة بالعملية المستردة أو المسحوبة.

English translation

1. Purchases and payment All paid purchases in Elaabha are made exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They include the Plus subscription and individually sold cosmetic items. The store displays the final price, subscription duration, and renewal terms before you confirm the purchase.
2. Plus subscription and renewal cancellation Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically under the store’s terms unless you cancel renewal from your store account. You may cancel renewal at any time, and the benefits continue until the end of the paid period unless the purchase is refunded or access is withdrawn earlier. We generally do not provide a partial refund for unused time solely because you cancel renewal, unless the law requires it or the store decides otherwise. When the subscription ends, Plus-exclusive benefits stop, while items you own separately remain yours. Deleting the app or your Elaabha account does not cancel a store subscription.
3. Cosmetic items Tables, card backs, and other cosmetic items are digital purchases for use in the app, and the item becomes available after the purchase is confirmed. Refund requests are subject to the store’s policy and rights provided by law. Your right to a remedy for a defect, non-conformity, or non-delivery is not lost merely because the item is digital or has been used.
4. Withdrawal and statutory rights Where the E-Commerce Law permits, a consumer may withdraw from the contract within seven days after receiving a product or contracting for a service, provided the consumer has not used the product, benefited from the service, or otherwise received a benefit from either, subject to statutory exceptions. This policy does not limit any mandatory right to cancel, obtain a refund, or receive compensation.
5. Defective or undelivered purchases If you did not receive a purchase, or an item is defective or does not match its description, contact us so we can investigate and address the issue by providing the correct item, fixing the defect, or following up on a refund due through the store. You are not required to accept a repair in place of a refund to which you are legally entitled.
6. Accidental purchases and minors If you made a purchase by mistake or discover an unauthorized purchase, submit a request to the store and notify us as soon as you learn of it so we can assist and preserve the report details. Parent or guardian consent is required for purchases by anyone who has not reached full legal capacity. We recommend enabling the store’s purchase verification and parental-control tools.
7. Coins Coins are earned in the game and are never sold for money. They cannot be converted into or withdrawn as cash. Therefore, there are no Coins purchase amounts to refund.
8. How to request a refund Start a refund request with Apple or follow Google Play’s guidance. You can also email us at support@elaabha.app for help, especially if an item was not delivered or is defective. The in-app Help & Support page displays this address and lets you copy a report template to use in your email. Include the store, purchase date, transaction reference, and a description of the problem. Do not send your password or card details. You may notify us directly of a request based on a statutory right; directing you to the store does not limit your rights or stop statutory time limits.
9. Effect of a refund When a refund is confirmed or access is revoked, benefits or item licenses connected to that transaction are removed according to its effect, and Plus benefits may stop before the original period ends. This is limited to rights connected with the refunded or revoked transaction.

7. Intellectual property

The Elaabha app, brand (“إلعبها”/“Elaabha”), and content are owned by the provider or its licensors. The traditional game of Baloot itself is not claimed as proprietary; our specific implementation, software, and brand are protected. You receive a limited, personal, non‑transferable license to use the app.

8. Service availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or its users.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless a mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, surfaced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
